This recipe is quick, healthy, delicious, and LOW CALORIE! All you have to do is pop in 4 ingredients, go to work, and dinner will be ready when you get home. Assemble the salsa chicken in taco’s or throw it over some whole grain rice. Crock pots are brilliant!
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
32 ounces of salsa (make sure it is a chunky kind, otherwise the dish will be more on the runny side)

1 (14 1/2 oz) cans of black beans, drained
